What counts as one CV?
Each uploaded file (PDF or DOCX) that is processed into a candidate profile counts as one CV toward your monthly limit.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?
When you reach your monthly CV limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan to continue processing. Your existing profiles remain accessible.
Can I upload DOCX and PDF files?
Yes. BrandingCV accepts both PDF and DOCX resume files, up to 50 files per batch upload.
Is the original resume stored?
Original files are processed ephemerally. Once the candidate profile is generated, source files are removed from processing storage.
Can I customize the output template?
Yes. You can upload your agency logo and configure branding settings. Custom template layouts are available on Pro plans and above.
Can I review before downloading?
Yes. BrandingCV includes a human review step where you can verify extracted data and redactions before generating the final PDF.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan instantly from your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can manage your subscription anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from your account settings via the 'Manage Subscription' button. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
