At BrandingCV, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with our resume redaction and agency branding tools. Because we offer a digital service, we have established the following refund policy.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund within this 14-day window, simply contact us at support@brandingcv.com with your order details (provided by our payment processor, Paddle.com).
Conditions & Exceptions
- Renewal Charges: Refunds are only applicable to your initial subscription charge. We do not provide refunds for automatic subscription renewals if you forget to cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings to prevent future charges.
- Excessive Usage: We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we detect abuse of the policy, such as processing an abnormally large volume of resumes (e.g., >500) and immediately requesting a refund.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. While BrandingCV approves the refund, Paddle handles the actual transaction and return of funds to your original payment method. Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
